Our very private and spacious canal front home offers a combination of great location and great amenities. White, sandy beaches (Captiva and Sanibel), world renowned shelling, superb fishing, restaurants and a unique island pub are steps from the house. A boat dock, canoe adventures and fishing are just out the back door where wildlife (including manatees and many aquatic birds) abound in this tropical setting. A network of bike paths will take you to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge or Bowman's Beach. The island of Captiva is steps away and Captiva's shopping and restaurants are just two miles away.

Our heated pool makes it the perfect getaway for a memorable vacation.

The 3 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath piling house is spacious (2300 sq ft) and brightly decorated with updated furnishings.

Amenities:

Screened and heated pool, air-conditioning, fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher,
telephone, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils provided, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, linens included, cable and broadcast TVs, VCR, stereo, CD player.

Master bedroom with private bath and deck.  Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins.

The pool area has a cozy bar, ceiling fan and seating area. Bicycles and canoe are in the garage area (use at own risk).
